Troopers investigate deadly multi-vehicle crash on Muskogee Turnpike near Porter

PORTER, OK – According to News on 6, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal multi-vehicle collision on the Muskogee Turnpike near Porter Monday morning.

The crash happened around 5 a.m.

First responders pronounced a 31-year-old man and a 26-year-old man dead at the scene. The two men were passengers in a car driven by another man who suffered serious injuries.

Following the collision, crews shut down the area for over four hours to process the scene.

It is unclear if anyone else was hurt in the incident.

Paramedics respond to injury accident in southeast Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was hurt in a multi-vehicle collision on South Choctaw Road near Southeast 149th Street Wednesday morning, according to KOCO.

Two vehicles collided head-on sometime Wednesday morning.

Officials have not released information on what led up to the crash.

2 OU students dead following multi-vehicle crash on I-40 in Shawnee

SHAWNEE, OK – According to KOCO, two University of Oklahoma students lost their lives in a five-vehicle collision on I-40 in Shawnee Friday evening.

Traffic was slowing down for a construction area where traffic was reduced to one lane. A semi-truck driver failed to slow down and collided with a Kia Forte around 5:45 p.m.

First responders pronounced two passengers from the Forte, a 22-year-old and a 21-year-old, dead at the scene.

After hitting the Forte, the semi-truck driver struck three other vehicles. Three other people were injured in the wreck.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.

Crash in southwest Oklahoma City injures at least 1 person

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was hurt in a wreck at North Portland Avenue northbound and Northwest 150th Street westbound on Wednesday, according to the Response and Accident Tracker.

The incident was reported to authorities around 8:28 a.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

Accident with injury reported in south Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to the Response and Accident Tracker, first responders were called to the scene of an injury accident at Southwest 138th Street and South Drexel Avenue on Wednesday.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 7:54 a.m.

Officials have not provided more information.

Auto accident disrupts traffic near Springfield

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A wreck blocked traffic at South Santa Fe Avenue and Southwest 89th Street on Wednesday, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

Emergency crews were called to the scene around 7:55 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.
